The fugitive deputy of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri, has no validity over the country’s affairs, an analyst tells Press TV. This comes as a video aired by the Saudi Channel Al Arabiya shows Douri encouraging protesters to stand their ground until the government of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maleki is toppled.
