Rio de Janeiro is about to choose its mayor as part of Brazil’s municipal elections. The city is undergoing major redevelopment as it prepares for the football World Cup in 2014 and the Olympics two years later. But candidates are divided over which direction the city should be going. Al Jazeera’s Gabriel Elizondo reports from Rio de Janeiro.
